Lord of the Rings

We have the 3 volume set illustrated by Alan Lee in an attractive slip case.  This is the 2002 HarperCollins reprint.   Beautiful to look at, but the individual volumes are a bit too heavy to read (comfortably) in bed.

Then again, maybe you’ll want to tuck them away for a rainy day. We’ve never sold a book, but that doesn’t mean that we don’t know their dollar-worth.  Just watch out if you catch yourself thinking about it too much and muttering, “my precioussss…”  Seek help in that case, maybe a Ranger?
